Build and manage
Your agents in your own hands
You set up agents in plain language, organise them in teams and keep every change under control.
Prompt Wizard
- What it is
- With the Prompt Wizard you describe in plain language what your agent does: the rules, the tone and the knowledge. No flowcharts, no developer.
- Why it matters
- Your process owners change the agent themselves. When your process changes, the change is live immediately.
Included inStandardProCustom
Unlimited teams and agents
- What it is
- You create as many agents and teams as your processes need. Agents work together in a team, each with its own task.
- Why it matters
- You don't pay per agent or per team, so you mirror your organisation without counting licences.
Included inStandardProCustom
Knowledge base: documents and FAQ
- What it is
- You load documents and frequently asked questions into the knowledge base. The agent uses that knowledge in every conversation.
- Why it matters
- Answers come from your sources, not from the internet. When a document changes, the agent works with the new version right away.
Included inStandardProCustom
Agent version control
- What it is
- Every change to an agent is saved as a version. You see who changed what and when, and go back to a previous version when needed.
- Why it matters
- You can improve with confidence: a change that doesn't work is rolled back without losing anything.
Included inProCustom
A/B testing
- What it is
- You run two versions of an agent side by side and compare the results on real conversations.
- Why it matters
- You decide on numbers which instructions, tone or approach works best.
Included inProCustom
Channels and connections
Reachable everywhere, connected everywhere
The agent works on the channels your customers and employees already use, and in the systems your team works in.
All channels of your product
- What it is
- Konversaitional Contact: webchat, email, WhatsApp and inbound and outbound telephony. Konversaitional Employees: Microsoft Teams, Slack and Google Workspace.
- Why it matters
- Your customers and employees choose how they get in touch. The agent is there on every channel, with the same knowledge and the same context.
Included inStandardProCustom
Integrations with your systems (MCP)
- What it is
- The agent reads and writes in your own systems through MCP: your vendor's MCP server, a custom MCP server or a connection through a browser session.
- Why it matters
- So the agent doesn't just answer questions, it completes them: updating a case, registering an appointment, changing a status.
Included inStandardProCustom
eBox enterprise integration (Employees)
- What it is
- The agent connects to eBox Enterprise, the Belgian government's digital mailbox for companies.
- Why it matters
- Official government messages flow into the same processes as your other communication, instead of a separate mailbox someone has to check.
Included inProCustom
Konversaitional API
- What it is
- With the Konversaitional API your own applications talk to the agents directly, and you build Konversaitional into your own interface or processes.
- Why it matters
- You're not limited to the standard channels: you decide where and how the agent appears in your organisation.

Quality and insight
Better every day
You see how your agents perform, and the platform helps them improve.
User evaluation
- What it is
- Customers and employees rate their conversation with the agent. You see those scores per conversation.
- Why it matters
- You hear right away where an agent falls short, from the people who had the conversation.
Included inStandardProCustom
Autonomous conversation evaluation (Contact)
- What it is
- The platform evaluates every customer conversation itself: was the request completed, was the tone right, did the agent follow the rules?
- Why it matters
- No need for spot checks: every conversation is evaluated, and you see right away where it can improve.
Included inProCustom
Autonomous prompt improvement (Contact)
- What it is
- Based on the evaluations, the platform proposes improvements to the agent's instructions.
- Why it matters
- Your agent gets better every day, without your team rewriting every instruction themselves.
Included inProCustom
Advanced reporting
- What it is
- Dashboards show what your agents do and how well they do it: per channel, per team and per conversation, with evaluation scores.
- Why it matters
- You steer on numbers: where the agent completes the work, where people take over and where your processes can be tuned.
Included inProCustom
Audit trail
- What it is
- Every conversation and every action is recorded: which action, when, in which system, with what result.
- Why it matters
- You can always trace what happened and why. That is what your IT, security and compliance teams ask for.
Included inProCustom
Security and autonomy
Your rules, your keys
You decide who may do what, which AI models you use and how far your agents act on their own.
GDPR-compliant
- What it is
- Konversaitional is fully GDPR-compliant, including the customer profiles that build up across channels.
- Why it matters
- You use AI for customer contact and internal processes without putting your privacy obligations at risk.
Included inStandardProCustom
Roles and permissions
- What it is
- You decide per role who may view, change and publish agents, and which data and systems an agent has access to.
- Why it matters
- Process owners work independently, within the limits you set.
Included inStandardProCustom
Your own AI key (BYOK)
- What it is
- You use your own API keys with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or another AI provider. The agents then run on your contract with that provider.
- Why it matters
- You keep the agreements with your AI provider in your own hands, for example on data processing and location.
Included inCustom
Autonomous agents
- What it is
- Agents that complete processes on their own, without anyone starting a conversation: at set times or as soon as something happens, such as a new email or a changed status.
- Why it matters
- Repetitive work nobody has to trigger: the agent does it at the right moment and records every step.
