From conversation to completion
Konversaitional started with a simple idea: talking to a computer should be easier than building a new application for every question from customers or employees.
Every organisation holds a lot of knowledge about how the work gets done. That knowledge often lives in people's heads, not in the software. Building software that captures it is slow and expensive. And when experienced colleagues are away or it suddenly gets busy, the work stalls.
